Lakes in may.
Our rivers are currently running high due to spring snowmelt, and fishing activity has now shifted primarily to the lakes. May can offer excellent lake fishing opportunities, as trout become increasingly active and feed aggressively after the winter months. With warming water temperatures and abundant food sources, this is a great time of the year to target hungry trout in Whistler’s lakes.
